Import a backup into the specified Cloud Card and create a new Cloud Phone
Imports a ready backup under the current technical ownership into the specified Cloud Card and creates a new Cloud Phone; it does not overwrite the original Cloud Phone. 202 means acceptance only. Query the original task and newly added inventory afterward.
