API Reference / Check global background-task readiness

Check global background-task readiness

Checks the database/schema, Redis, and shared scheduling lease. Only a background worker that has completed startup and holds a valid lease returns 200. Returns 503 when the global worker is in standby, paused for migration, or cannot be confirmed. An ordinary standby instance still returns 200 when another instance is a healthy leader. A separate API/Worker host cannot confirm worker status here and returns 503. This check does not enable a worker, run migrations, or operate devices.
