List the current Cloud Card file library with pagination
env_id and box_id are mutually exclusive. The env_id query retains the legacy array response. The box_id query returns a page in data, scoped to the current technical reference; pagination/name/kinds apply only to box_id. kind and kinds are mutually exclusive.
