List Cloud Phones with pagination
status is the container state synchronized by the machine room; wifi_status is the observed network state. The common value created means powered off or network not yet available, respectively; running means powered on or network available, respectively. A phone is operational only when both status=running and wifi_status=running. Inventory synchronization does not guarantee real-time connectivity or streaming availability.
