Platform architecture
Your business systems own customers and business rules. The platform handles technical authorization and device operations. Customer hardware hosts the Cloud Phones. Business integration in this diagram requires project-specific work; it does not imply that every host application is already integrated.
Components and connections

The diagram separates your business, the platform, and customer hardware. Your business service calls the unified Core APIs; Core delegates device operations to registered Machine Rooms. For streaming, Player uses authorization issued by Core to connect to the independent Maxia media gateway. Your business service does not need to relay the video.
Who this is for
Project owners and integration teams assessing responsibilities, network connectivity, and the parts they need to build.
What to prepare
Confirm that your business service can reach Core, Core can reach registered Machine Rooms, and browsers can reach the required workbench, Player, and media services. Core may run on your private network or in a hosted environment. Deploy Machine Room and media services to suit your hardware and network.
Integration steps
- Choose standalone administrator use or integration with your existing business system.
- Agree on resource scope, credential handling, and network access paths.
- Validate resource queries, Task results, and streaming. For end users, also test access outside their scope and authorization expiry.
